To access member-specific information — such as validating enrollment, checking eligibility, viewing paid claims and EOB, and downloading electronic ID cards — click “Member Login.”

• If already registered, enter your username and password.
• If not yet registered, click “Register” and follow the directions. The information you enter must match exactly what we have on file, including your BCBS FEP Vision identification number.
• Once registered, your credentials can also be used on the mobile app.
