Frame allowance
High Option members get $200 per year toward any provider-supplied frame plus a 20% savings on charges that exceed $200.
For Standard Option members, you get up to $140 toward any provider-supplied frame, plus 20% off any amount over $140.
Both High Option and Standard Option members get the following:
